Hi there,

This sounds like a problem with your PostgreSQL database. Try connecting to
your database from the command line:

psql -d cobalt -u -p 5583
username : admin
password : I don't want to write down the location of the password file
since people that don't have their server completely secured, would then be
to exposed to database attacks.
If anyone would like to know the location of this file please e-mail me
off-list.

You might want to try to restart your database server

/etc/rc.d/init.d/postgres restart
