Jeff...I had many difficulties with the dotsterapi system...then, out of
desperation, I accessed it via Internet Exploder...problems disappeared.
Email back and forth with the Dotsterapi folks resulted in the expected
"works here, must be on your end", and a final admission that "there may
be some problems accessing the system using Netscape."
I am by no means an HTML guru, but I do attempt to insure that my pages
work with both Internet Exploder and Nutscrape.
The IE is the "only" browser though is so ingrained it's frustrating. One
local public radio station started a new service, and on their web page
they had a convenient "fill in the form" to volunteer/send money/ask
questions.
After about 5 emails, each one more heated and specific than the last,
their web designer finally admitted he had never checked the page with
netscape and didn't know how to "fix" it.
So, instead of sending money, I fixed the page for them.
