Are you using their retail interface, or are you a reseller, Dan? I'm a
Dotster reseller, and I have to tell you I'm so unhappy with the
interface that I've not yet opened the website to the public; I get the
credit-card info and do the registrations myself; it usually takes about
a half-hour per registration using Netscape and the reseller interface
<frown>.
