Your machines postgress database is corrupted, other things, like filling
the disk, crashing etc can cause that also....
I hate to say it, but this is one case where giving cobalt support a few
bux may be worthwhile, it's a touch hazardous rebuilding the database, you
need to dump it and reload it....
