There's a list on your RaQ admin site under "Maintenance | Install
Software". While it's in alphabetical order rather than date installed
order, you can still find what you need.

I print out the cobalt site and check things off as I install them; then
I have a list of what's installed as it looks on the website.

I don't remember; it's been a while since I made the mistake.
Updating a server should never be done in "non-thinking" mode. Some
companies, including mine, offer monthly services that include
installing all updates as part of the service, or are willing to do it
on a one-time basis if necessary to bring a machine up to date. In fact
I've (carefully) brought three systems up-to-date so far this month.
