Hi virgil,
Normally for safety reasons you put your two DNS servers on  seperate
machine, so each machine will have it's own IP adress.
But if you only have one machine, you might you want to try to be your
primary DNS for your SOA, and let the secondary eventually tertiary DNS
server be hosted by your ISP.

In case you absolutely want to put both DNS servers on one machine you will
have to configure both IP addresses on that machine. but I'm not sure a RaQ
can do this via the GUI so you would have to do this from the command line
with an ifconfig.
