Someone once posted that all you have to do is add a meta tag? Well in
apache you can force a file to be added into every document looaded.. i.e a
footer or header.. so why don't you just put the meta tag in a file and just
make a global header that is on every page your server serves? Simple
solution :P

It shouldn't; all it does is redirect users to another page. CarrieB
modified the original code for the need at hand.
