Not only is it possible but there was a thread a while ago about an ISP that
may have knowingly or unknowingly been renting RaQ3's that were upgraded
this way. It's a copyright and license violation. (In that case IIRC they
claimed Cobalt sold the units that way.)
I guess you can buy one, or you can burn one from
