Let's try to enforce the spirit of the "law". We clearly need to
stop abuses of any kind from marginalizing the integrity and
value of this group of Cobalt users.

:-) I don't agree, but FWIW, I don't believe David's posting
violated the intent of the list's fair use policy. Unless he is
in business selling this gear, or was attempting to sell it at
market value. It appears to me (I may be wrong here) that
he was truely trying to help fellow listers by offering a decent
price on some quality used Cobalt gear, and that this was a
~one time thing.
If we start to see more of this and it becomes a problem, then
lets deal with it. It kinda like porn - you'll know an abuse when
you see it. Then react swiftly and with prejudice.
