<snip>
Through the GUI interface, Active Monitor reports a disk error. When you
click on "Disk" for details, nothing shows up as a problem. Is this anything
to worry about? What should I be looking into? I've scoured all the logs.

If you've looked at all the virtuals and don't see a particular domain /
user that's giving the problems, it's probably a system folder, most likely
/var. By default it's pretty small (about 200m on my Raq3) so misplaced
files give it a bellyache.
If you are the sysadmin, you would be well advised to add your email to the
admin notify so the Raq can email you with (some) details when a problem
such as this arises. My cell phone allows text messaging, so I have the
server page me when it has a problem. It's saved us downtime many times
(with the added bonus that I can usually fix the problem before my boss gets
HIS copy of the notification/warning email, so I can appear to be the
proactive hero...)
Good Luck!
