Usually that "light" blinks when a virtual site has gone over their
allotment of disk space. Even if you delete files or increase the space
allotment, the light keeps blinking for a while. If you can't find anything
else wrong, wait an hour and check it again.

This also happens when one of the users of a virtual site is getting close
to their limit (or has already reached it).
