Using the URL that Dan sent through and the ThirdVoice page, I have 
successfully modified the scripts found on both pages so that if a 
user has *either* SurfPlus OR TopText on their machine, they will be 
REDIRECTED.
The user's machine must be *completely* cleaned of both "browser 
enhancements" before they will be shown the page they were trying to 
see. And I do mean *completely* - I used the TopText uninstall 
program and I'd still get redirected. Only by using Lavasoft's 
Ad-Aware program to clean the crap off of my machine (took two full 
cleanings to do it), was I able to see the page that I had written to 
show up if you were clean.
I'm writing up my redirect page now and I'll tell you guys where it 
is when I'm finished. Full script source will be available on that 
page.
