Hello,
Our raq3 got hit with a runaway process probibally a .cgi gone mad.
Anyway it was so chronic we couldn't even ssh in to kill it and it wouldn't
serve any web pages!!. had to have onsite dudes reboot it.
Does anyone know if there would be log that would identify the process that
went wild. I think my access log
Also am thinking of either.
1. writing something to kill a runaway process
2. limiting the memory of user processes or limiting the memory usage of .cgi
any ideas clues experience appreciated.
