Found from http://pkg.nl.cobalt.com:
To remove the older version of Webalizer manually, run the following
commands while logged in as root:
#rpm -e --nodeps webalizer-1.30.04-1
#rm -f /var/lib/cobalt/webalizer-1.30.04-1.md5lst
#rm -f /var/lib/cobalt/uninstallers/webalizer-1.0.uninst
#rm /etc/cron.daily/webalizer.pl
Make sure you use the correct version numbers...
