Manuel, if you do a search through the archives you'll find a host of 
questions regarding the username/password for Interbase. I *think* 
that the username/pass is admin/admin but don't hold me to that. I 
never really got definitive answers on it either, so I just don't use 
it.
Your RaQ4 also comes with PostgreSQL installed, and MySQL is just a 
package download away - takes mere seconds. I'm not sure how hard it 
is to port an MS SQL db over to another type of db, so excuse my 
ignorance... but it might just be easier for you to install the MySQL 
package and go from there, being that there is TONS more information 
on it here in the archives. Personally I'd be wary about touching the 
PostgreSQL; I do want to learn it but since it holds the GUI data I'm 
scared to death to even look at it sideways, much less actually *use* 
it.  ;)
