You're pointing the site at the IP address, and this 'different site" 
you mention is the first one in httpd.conf that is listed under that 
IP addy - making it the "main receiver" for any sites pointed at that 
addy.
You've got a few choices.:
1. Switch the <virtualHost> entries in httpd.conf so that the one you 
want is the first listed under the ip addy
2. add www.westburypalms.co.uk as a ServerAlias in the <virtualHost> 
entry for the site you want it to respond to - you don't say what RaQ 
you have, if it's a RaQ4 this is as easy as going into the Site 
Settings and adding the domain name in the "web alias" field, then 
saving changes
3. Use an include.conf file for any "special" stuff you want to do to 
httpd.conf but you don't want it to be overwritten by the GUI when 
you make a change.

PS - always make backups.
