well, that wasn't so much the point, the point is if you do want to make
some small change, like adding rbl support, it helps if the configuration
you start with matches the machine...so you can rebuild and just change
one thing, not have to reverse engineer the entire thing to figure out
what the settings were....
fwiw, the raq2 doesn't have a working m4 config, the sendmail.cf file was
hand edited me thinks....

does anyone know for certain that rebuilding the cf file from redhat.m4
gives a matching cobaltish .cf file ?
