As much as I don't care for Microsoft, the last time I had a problem, they
charged 35 bucks per incident...not per question.
I called them via a toll-free number, they worked with me step by step.
Apparently the problem was unique....I was on the phone with them, on
their dime, for over 4 hours.
Because the solutions required re-boots there was a lot of slcak time, and
during those times the CSR answered a lot of general questions, etc...with
no increase in the charges.
I still don't care for Microsoft, but I certainly got my 35 bucks worth,
learned a lot, and if the need arises again, won't hesitate to call them.
I have a very sad feeling that Cobalt users/oweners are viewed as a
cash cow, and get milked as the opportunity arises...which doesn't give
me a warm and cuddly feeling.
