Not that we have found - if you modify the Majoromo config files outside 
the GUI (either by direct editing or sending Majordomo config updates via 
email) you cannot then make changes in the GUI without it changing back 
things you set in the config file.

My advise (if you need to use some of the extra features only available via 
the config file) would be to just leave that list alone from the GUI - do 
not even add users or change other settings that way - add / change them 
via an emails to majordomo.
