Majordomo help please...

I have modified the '.config' file for a majordomo list named 'test' and
here is my problem.

I have changed the line in the '.config' that reads 'restrict_post = test'
to read 'restrict_post = test.restrict'.
'test.restrict' is a file I made with just the email addresses in it that I
want to be able to post to the list.

This all works fine until the customer goes into the GUI...
My customer logs into the 'siteadmin' clicks on the 'List Management' button
and makes an addition to either of the recipients boxes and then clicks on
'Confirm Modify'.

This changes the line 'restrict_post = test.restrict' back to 'restrict_post
= test'

Is there a way to stop this editing occurring in the test.config file? or
any way around this problem?
