[cobalt-users] Help with this error

I used to get this error from /var/log/messages (on my RaQ 1)

Jul 26 03:30:06 guinness proftpd[566]: guinness - run-time scoreboard
file '/var/run/proftpd/proftpd-inetd' appears to be from a newer version
of proftpd (1.2.0rc3)

This happens every 15 minutes, after posting this to the list I was told
by a couple of you just to delete the file
/var/run/proftpd/proftpd-inetd and it will recreate itself and
everything should be fine.  Well the error still happens every 15
minutes but it looks a little different:

Jul 27 19:30:06 guinness proftpd[4723]: guinness
(guinness[192.168.1.100]) - FTP session closed
Jul 27 19:45:06 guinness proftpd[4782]: guinness
(guinness[192.168.1.100]) - FTP session closed
Jul 27 20:00:06 guinness proftpd[4842]: guinness
(guinness[192.168.1.100]) - FTP session closed
Jul 27 20:15:07 guinness proftpd[4903]: guinness
(guinness[192.168.1.100]) - FTP session closed

Anyone have any ideas how I can fix/stop this?
