Thanks for that. I will be speaking to them this morning and explaining the
situation to them. I also found a web site that goes on about security
problems with using ETRN. If I don't get any joy I may drop you a line if
you don't mind. I really want to distance myself from offering any advice
on the MS box.

Tell me about it. I reckon I have spent about 15 to 20 hours talking to
them and their supplier about this. To add insult to injury, they had no
e-mail last week for about 18 hours when the POP connector stalled. The
supplier told them to reboot the server and the problem was solved. They
then told my customer that the problem was probably down to the fact that I
was doing some work on the web site???? The client is using this as an
excuse; they have always been bad payers. I have a quote with them for
about #1000 at the moment but I'm seriously considering getting my money up
to date and then telling them I don't want to work with them any more.
