[cobalt-users] update 9972 and 9925

I sent a request to Sun/Cobalt on the posting/removal/reposting of 9972 and 
posting of 9925.

Here is the reply for anyone who is interested.

Jared asked me to answer your question regarding 9972.

9972 was posted prematurely originally. The package itself was ok. The
reason it was pulled was that there was a dependency that was not ready for
posting, which was the update 9925. But now everything is ok.

I do not handle the actually posting but I did check to make sure that the
order of the posting will be corrected.
