If you have control of the Domain Name Records and nameservers
records for the A site, point the domain at your RaQ4 (it will take
24-72 hrs for this change to propogate through the internet).
In B site, put www.a.com in the "web aliases" field in Site Settings.
In Control Panel/DNS, create an 'A' record for the A site and point
it to the B site's IP address. Save changes. Save changes again.
You're done.
If you don't have control of the DNS for the A site, create an index
page in the A site that uses meta-tags to auto-refresh after 0
seconds and load up the B site. Make sure to include a link for
people whose browser's don't recognize the auto-refresh.
