Ok ok ok, I know this subject has been stomped into the ground like a
zillion times, but I'mma dig it up one more time.
I've searched the mailing list archives, and came up emty handed, so I turn
to you guys.
::THIS IS THE CASE::
(catchy eh?)
Allright, I have domain www.a.com which points to IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
this IP is not shared.
Then I have domain www.b.com which has a hosting account, thus a virtual
site. which points to IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxy
This IP is shared.
Now I want to point www.a.com to www.b.com without creating a virtual site
for www.a.com
I tinkered a little bit with scripts at the xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx IP, scripts that
take the $HTTP_REFERER or getenv() but nothing worked :-(
I was wondering if anybody knows a way to redirect these things without the
use of a virtual site.
Anybody?
Thanks
Thijs
