Seems to me the easiest thing to do is to come up with your own page, then
simply copy it over the index.html page that the RaQ generates each time a
new virtual site is created.  I guess you could do some serious mucking
around in there and get the RaQ to autogenerate your page from a template,
but, simply replacing the index page seems more simple to me.
