Hello list,

I have set up my raq4 for web and e-mail services. Web is OK but when I'm
trying to send an e-mail to one user of my domain I received this following
message :

  -----  The following recipients were processed by MTA
adansonia.wanadoo.fr...
user@xxxxxxxxxxx; Action: Failed; Status: 5.4.4 (unable to route)

I am not in charge of the dns (not checked in the cobalt admin). My ISP is
in charge. He says that he has set up an MX record.
I can ping : pop.mydomain.fr and smtp.mydomain.fr

Where is the problem ? is it a DNS problem ?
