Yes, the cert does not care about the other sites. They will not be
able to use it in the same manner as the default site - but the fact
that more than one site is on the IP doesn't matter in the least.

I've never actually tried this, we use seperate name
servers, but I suspect it would work just fine. The cert is based
upon a domain name. As long as the cert is installed on that domain
I see no reason why is won't work.
