Security updates are released for each security problem alone, while once
in a while a full OS update is released, that includes all patches prior
to it.

At each given time, your "Installed Software" list on the GUI, should be
exact as the one in http://www.cobalt.com/support/download/raq3.eng.html
and I really have nothing to add about this...
