The reduced price certs can be found at:

At the end of the order it will still show the normal price however 
they will charge you the reduced price (I bought one not long ago and 
asked them about this; they *did* only charge me the reduced price as 
they assured me in their letter that they would).

NOTE: I just got a letter today that the 'referral prices' (as this 
is called) will only be in effect until the last day of July. After 
that all of the referral links will bounce you to the front page and 
they won't be honoring them anymore. 
I don't get any type of commission for giving you this link; it's a 
true "referral" link - not the type of "referral" link that affiliate 
programs have turned the word into (which should be called 
"commission links").

I've never checked out the Geotrust company you spoke of.
