If you've got a RaQ4 you can generate a self-signed certificate right
through the GUI. I don't believe there are any legality issues
regarding self-signed certs, it's just that the browser won't
recognize it as a 'trusted authority'. To a surfer with IE this isn't
so bad, it will just generate a little warning, but to a surfer with
Nutscrape it will be hell. Ten screens of bullcrap to go through
before it lets them view the page - IF it lets them view the page.
Certs are just $79 at Equifax; why not spare yourself the missed
sales from nervous customers and buy a real cert?
