Thank you for this idea Joe. Like all the best ones it was obvious once I
read it.
Accessing the site via the IP makes no apparent difference to the pause, but
in trying it I noticed something I never had before - once the site has been
accessed once. accesses remain fast for about two minutes. If I leave it for
this long the pause appears again.
There s very little traffic through the server at the moment. Do RaQ4 disks
"spin down", or does the processor "sleep" after a period of inactivity?
