If I remember correctly 113 is used for the ident call. It is not 100%
necessary and not needed per RFC so I wouldn't really worry about it.
However, on the other hand there are a few mail servers out there that
require the ident lookup before they will accept mail. If you have 113
blocked by a firewall and get rejected mail then that may be the cause.
Anyway, I can look into it a bit more for exact facts if you want. This is
just what I recall of the top of my mostly cluttered brain.
