Opps! my ability to be unclear is unparalleled.

What I meant to say was we use hosts.deny on our RH machines.  I haven't
tried to implement the same for the Cobalt boxes as I am afraid I might
break something in the cobalt admin GUI, and I don't have any spare Cobalt's
to try this out on...
