[cobalt-users] R3-sendmail-problem

Hello list,

in the last four days three times the status monitor of my
RaQ3 tells me, that there is a severe problem. Then it´s
impossible to send mails via the R3.
Restarting sendmail with the GUI seems not to work, so i had
to restart the machine. The status monitor-warning was still
red, after ca. 10 minutes it changed to green. Is there a
delaying for the status monitor?

Another thing: I wanted to restart sendmail with
/etc/rc.de/init.d/sendmail restart , but I always get
"command not found". So,how ca I restart sendmail via
telnet? And: how can I get an information about the
sendmail-status? I don´t believe in GUIs.

My R3 is actual with the patches from cobalt.
