[cobalt-users] Webalizer problem from the beginning

Hello,
I have posted and received various messages about Webalizer 1.3 last week.
The thread has gone in 2 different directions, so I am going to start from
the beginning.

2 weeks ago I installed Webalizer 1.3 package through my Raq4 interface. It
seems to have installed sucessfully, except that I cannot view the stats.
There is a stats folder created for all the virtual sites at
/home/sites/siteX/web/stats.

I cannot view the stats page at any of these URLs http://mysite.com/stats
http://www.mysite.com/stats http://mysite.com/~stats or
http://www.mysite.com/~stats

However, if I telnet in and move or delete the .htaccess file from the stats
directory, I can then view the stats at http://www.mysite.com/stats
Unfortunately, it seems that a new .htaccess is created each day and thus it
would be very time consuming to remove the .htaccess file every 24 hours.
Any advise...
