very reasonable advice (i.e., rtfm) and something that i try to do on a
regular basis (contrary to what is often assumed about me based on my
gender). i even did so when i was upgrading the ram in my qube2, but alas,
the printed manual for the qube2 does not contain this oh so helpful and
important information (although the pdf version on the cobalt website
does...go figure). nor do either of the relevant passages that i had
consulted in the knowledgebase (i.e.,
http://www.cobalt.com/support/kb/search.php3?ques=ram&qid=489&language=1 and
http://www.cobalt.com/support/kb/search.php3?ques=ram&qid=16&language=1).

in any case, this thread is about a qube3 not my qube2, so, as the man
said...rtfm.

and so it goes...

mikey.

sometimes it's important to stop and ask yourself:
"how would this look on the police report?"
