Re: [cobalt-users] MySQL failure after kernel update



OK, my problems (named running wild afetr patch update) are solved. Apparently, the kernel is not too Ok with portsentry which tried to resolve any address that hitted my machine and thus prevented everything else to work. Strange kernel update though

Weird... I have a self compiled MySQL (non cobalt) on a raq3 and
everything is well there...
[shimi@www shimi]$ /usr/sbin/mysqld --version
/usr/sbin/mysqld  Ver 3.23.38 for pc-linux-gnu on i586
