[cobalt-users] ProFTPD speed issues during download upload

Hi - I recently installed RaQ3-All-Security Release 4.0.1-10108 and have
noticed since then (it may be coincidence - don't know) that my FTP
uploads/downloads have slowed down enormously - not the initial connect that
is still quick and ok - but even a file list is slow - i am getting
somewhere between 1k - 3k Bps - which is pretty bloody useless

Has anyone else noticed any speed issues after installing this update - or
should I be looking elsewhere

I don't get this slow speed when I am connected to sites in other
locations - so it isn't my ISP (and std response time on the sites seems to
be ok at the moment with the system lightly loaded)
