Hi friends,
I have situation that I need to mount one directory of my Cobalt RAQ 3
server from a Redhat server. According to my knowladge we need to edit
/etc/exports file that includes local directory info and remote computer
info. Then we need to make sure to run portmap, rpc.mountd, rpc.nfsd. But
since I have started with the cobalt raq 3ies, I was unable to run rpc.nfsd
daemon. It always gives an error message that "nfssvc: Function Not
Implemented". I checked the nfs files and headers all of them are same with
the redhat 6.2 files. I thought it could be a kernel copilation problem, but
I could not find the config files or sources of kernel in the cobalt raq 3
computer. By the way I am using the 2.2.14C10 Kernel on Cobalt Raq 3.
How can I run rpc.nfsd on this computer? And How can I compile kernel on
Cobalt computer? I could not find any documentation on these, please help
me!!
Murtix.
