Carrie,
Forgive me for asking, but how did you determine that limitation was
not involved in managing bandwidth?
What I wrote I derived from various sources as well as these simple
statements offered by my provider:
This is actually set for you to be able to limit the
bandwidth of the sites on your server. We have no control
over this option as it installed by default by Cobalt. If
you would like to remove this, then please feel free as
this will not affect the bandwidth that we are providing you.
