Hi all,
We're running into a problem with setting up StaqWare on a set of two
Raq3i appliances. The primary server is running fine, and is being used
to run Communigate Pro from Stalker software. The standby unit is a
freshly installed Raq 3i with the same SKU as the primary server, and it
has been configured with an IP in the same subnet as the primary server.
The units are cabled together per the instructions in the StaqWare
documentation.
Here's our problem:
After installing StaqWare on the primary server, we run the setup wizard
per the instructions, and after pressing the "Enable Cluster" button,
the primary server locates the standby, begins to install the StaqWare
software, and then returns the following error:
"Standby RaQ received corrupt image. Please retry assimilation."
I could find no info about this error in either the documentation or the
Cobalt knowledgebase. Does anybody have any suggestions for solving this
problem? Thanks in advance!
