Those that don't mind personal cc copies? It's up to them. I dislike getting
2 copies of posts to the list. IMO, if the need is urgent it's probably
worth contacting Cobalt or your RaQ vendor. I've seen posts take 2 weeks to
show up when the list is acting up. Other times it's usually a couple of
hours. Often I can read an answer before I get the email at
http://list.cobalt.com/pipermail/cobalt-users/2001-June/ (sub whatever
year-month) Obviously, if they reply directly to you with an answer it
leaves the archive kind of useless.
