Hi,

In your user managemennt the number of user visible by page is limited. At
the top you will find a default setting that can be increased or simply a
arrow to go to the next page of users. I hope this was really your problem,
it wont be hard to correct. If this is not your problem, you may try to
delete it manually with deluser command on a telnet prompt.
