If you pass the -u parameter then you have to supply the number of users.
I would also advise downloading the newest raq utilities.  The last I saw it
was here: ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/users/jeffb/shell-tools/

also note that they have been renamed to cadduser, caddvsite, cdeluser, and
cdelvsite.
