[cobalt-users] Help with addvsite not working at command prompt

I am trying to use addvsite at the command prompt to add a new domain
I am at root and addvsite is in  /usr/sbin/cobalt/ but when I run this
/usr/sbin/cobalt/addvsite -i 64.40.111.237 -n www -d tester.com -w -q 20 -u
It just sets there and I get nothing. Now if I run the command for
adduser it runs but of corse it can't set up the users account because
it can't find the vsite. But it does run.

Now this is just on one server it works on others with no problem this
is a Raq3. Anybody got any ideas way this is not working or where I
could start looking.
