Do you have PostgreSQL support compiled into PHP?  You'll need that or PHP
won't be able do any PostgreSQL functions.  What version RaQ?  And if you do
have PostgreSQL support in PHP (check by creating file w/ <?php phpinfo; ?>
in it and viewing output) post the PHP code you are using.

We need more information.  Also, any reason you aren't running PHP4?  It's
been the stable version for well over a year, lots of new functionality and
benefits as compared to PHP3.
