I've never seen this as a problem except with a script. Are you using the
full URL for the redirection? It shouldn't be related to sendmail at all.

Absolutely positive its not the script, it does it with hamcards, gossamer
links, FormMail, the last one uses url redirection, both of the others are
cgi calls to within their script.
It happened about a month ago, and after 5 days it just cleared right up and
started working again. until 2 days ago,
Ive been having a problem with .htaccess as well, such as if you put a
.htaccess on the site to prevent hotlinking, it freezes the site and offers
to download the index.html script, this has just started again as well, so
whether one is kicking the other off as well I dont know, I cant access the
server locally, as I lease it from a colo in the US and im living in Oz. so
everything I do is through telnet. I believe ive got a kak install of the
raq. The cgi wouldnt work at all, errors everywhere, so I did some mods to
the httpd.conf and fixed that, sort of, everytime I add a domain now, I have
to redo the httpd.conf on the new site if I want cgi to work as the server
overwrites my changes.
sorry drifting off the subject there, im pretty sure its to do with
sendmail, but im not 100%. it could be anything, just sendmail seems the
obvious culprilt as its the only definitive that I can find with all the
scripts.
