The "SRHN" is used when you don't use your Cobalt as your
main SMTP server. For instances assume that you are an
ISP you will already have a powerfull SMTP server in your
domain network, right?? Now in order to supervise and regulate
the e-mail traffic across your network you can specify
within sendmail that all the mails coming from your
Cobalt should first go to the Main SMTP server. Read
O'reilly's Sendmail bible.

The standard sendmail configuration makes a reverse lookup.
you'll find a file in /etc/mail where the name of your
local cobalt server is specified. In addition to this you
should add the Fully qualified domain names off all the sites
you are running using ssl, since ssl requires a separate IP,
and will cause the reverse lookup to fail, if you don't specify
the correct answer to sendmail
That's all there is too.
Reading your log files can tell you a lot .
