Re: [cobalt-users] virtual sites being redirected to wrong [more]

I've just tried to lookup that domain on some other place in the world and
it worked...

The funny thing is:

The machine who finds solvechess.com can't find www.solvechess.com,. and
vise versa.

So I did some digging (with the dig util)

appears the auth naemservers are
   Name Server: NS5.INTERNETWEBHOSTING.NET
   Name Server: NS1.EDITEVERYTHING.COM
[shimi@www shimi]$ nslookup solvechess.com ns1.editeverything.com
Server: editeverything.com
Address: 64.27.95.130

Name: solvechess.com
Address: 64.27.95.130

[shimi@www shimi]$ nslookup solvechess.com ns5.internetwebhosting.net
Server: ns5.internetwebhosting.net
Address: 64.27.64.77

Name: solvechess.com
Address: 64.27.95.130

[shimi@www shimi]$ nslookup www.solvechess.com ns1.editeverything.com
Server: editeverything.com
Address: 64.27.95.130

Name: www.solvechess.com
Address: 64.27.95.130

[shimi@www shimi]$ nslookup www.solvechess.com ns5.internetwebhosting.net
Server: ns5.internetwebhosting.net
Address: 64.27.64.77

*** ns5.internetwebhosting.net can't find www.solvechess.com: Non-existent
host/domain

I believe that's where your problem resides. only part of the people go to
that NS, so only part of them have a problem.

HTH,

  Best regards,
